Shake Off Your Flabby Arms By Doing This 10 Mins A Day Before You Sleep
Flabby arms are probably the main reason why many ladies out there refuse to wear sleeveless tops. No one wants to expose their wobbly fats when they carry their handbags or each time they raise their arms to hold onto the MRT railings. If you are born with slim and slender arms and cannot relate, lucky you!
For the rest of you who wants to K.O. your flabby arms and tone them up, we have a simple 5-steps exercise to get you started! Do this 10 minutes a day and you would soon be able to flaunt them in your favourite outfits!
Step #1
Cross your arms and stretch them in two directions - left over right and right over left, with each stretch lasting for 30 seconds. Do it for three sets.
Step #2
Straighten one of your arms up and into the air and slowly bring down your for hand for your back. Next, rest your free arm on your elbow and apply light pressure until you feel a stretch. Stay in this position for 30 seconds before switching over to the other arm.
Do it for three sets.
Step #3:
Lean against a wall and straighten your back. Begin by bringing your arms together in front of your face and hold for 30 seconds. Next, bring your arms back out towards the wall, holding them up parallel to your head in 90-degree. Hold for another 30 seconds.
Do it for three sets.
Step #4
With your back straightened against the wall, hold one of your arms out to the side parallel to the ground while your other arm is stretched upwards, touching your back. Hold in this position for 30 seconds and switch your arms.
Do it for three sets.
Step #5
Grab a water bottle (filled) and hold it up high with your arms straightened. Hold this position for 30 seconds before bringing the bottle behind your head, with your arms straightened towards the back.
Do it for three sets.
