5 Easy & Fun Workouts Every Couple Should Try
Have you been lazing around, just watching Netflix with your partner?
Spice up your usual weeknight couch-wine-reality TV routine and motivate each other to get up and try these fun workout routine!
- Hamstring Raises
Start out doing 10, then work it up.
2) Plank High Fives
Do 15 reps high fiving on one side, then swap.
3) Wall Sit With Tricep Dip
Start at 20 seconds and then build from there with three rounds, then switch.
4) Love Leg Lifts
Do 15 reps on each side, then switch.
5) Partner Sit-Ups
Do 20 reps.
Team up with your partner and get fit!
Note: Do 3 sets of each exercise for a full workout.
