My Melody Is Coming To Singapore And This Is How Fans Can Meet Her!

Fans of Sanrio, rejoice for everyone's favourite white rabbit, My Melody will be arriving in Singapore on 12 May 2019, as early as 8 am! If you would like to meet her, read on to find out more!

As the adorable icon will be stepping onto our shores, we have some good news that will leave fans of the ever-so-endearing My Melody feeling a sense of euphoria — fans will have a chance to get up close and personal with My Melody for a photo opportunity!

A spokesperson from Sanrio Hong Kong team has said that the team has been looking to bring My Melody Run to Southeast Asia for quite a while now as they are fully aware on how passionate the Singaporean fans can get over Sanrio characters. Hopefully, this will be the first of many more years to come!

So, how can you meet the cute and lovable white rabbit? Simply sign up for the upcoming My Melody Run! Held at sunny Sentosa, the inaugural 5km fun run will be the world's first My Melody Run to be organised.

Not only will fans have a chance to meet My Melody, but they will also enjoy a festive opening ceremony filled with inflatable sweets and desserts. For the Instagram-obsessed, the route will be sprinkled with sweets-themed checkpoints, leaving fans with countless of Instagrammable moments.

As if that is not enough, the Run will include a carnival site featuring a ton of exciting games and activities such as a human claw machine and many more. To get your feet running to the beat, there will also be a live band performance, filling the air with joyous tunes to get the crowd moving. With that, fans can expect nothing less than a fun and exciting day with activities lined up for everyone of all ages!

Registration has started with the following registration fees:
Early bird rates happening from now till 31 March at $60 and normal rates from 1 to 28 April at $65.

If you would like to bring your young ones along, do take note that children who are born on 13 May 2015 and after, will be given free admission (without any entitlement). Also for safety precaution, kindly bear in mind that children must be accompanied by a registered adult.
