We're talking about MoeMoe'Soft, a popular soufflé pancake chain from China that just opened its first outlet in Singapore at TripleOne Somerset.

Soufflé pancakes are typically a commitment. It's a dine-in affair, with a minimum order per diner at some cafes, and then waiting time for it to be prepared. Well, MoeMoe'Soft has reimagined this snack experience entirely and making it more casual and instant. The takeaway store offers soufflé pancakes that you can grab and enjoy on the go! Each pancake designed like an Instagrammable sandwich - sliced open and filled with various toppings.

No one likes an overly eggy soufflé pancake and thankfully MoeMoe'Soft avoids that pitfall. Their pancakes are made using just egg whites, which gives them a delicate fragrance without any egg aftertaste. Interestingly, the pancakes don't deflate and look picture-perfect even when left in the food display. The texture was as pillowy soft and bouncy as promised, pairing perfectly with the light and refreshing cream and Mascarpone cheese filling.
They come in flavours like Sakura Hokkaido Milk, Strawberry & Cream, Grape & Cream, and Classic Matcha.
