Whether you're celebrating Mother's Day, an anniversary, a birthday, or simply treating yourself to a well-deserved night out, Estate has a feast that's worth the occasion. The swanky buffet restaurant at Hilton Singapore Orchard has revamped its daily menu, and it's fresher, better, and even more indulgent than before. Themed 'Meat The Sea', the new Estate dinner buffet spread brings together the best of land and sea, featuring the freshest ingredients, top-notch produce, and a curated lineup of eight individually plated Chef's Signatures.

Estate has teamed up with some of the finest names in the industry to elevate their new buffet experience. Expect premium 100% full blood Wagyu beef from Blackmore Wagyu, 100% natural, free range, grass-fed lambs from Lumina New Zealand with the highest Omega-3 content in the market, and top-grade oysters from Les Huîtres Cadoret, a five-generation French oyster farm. Adding a local touch, there will be fresh greens from Farmd and gourmet mushrooms from Fogo Fungi, Singapore's largest indoor mushroom farm.

Here's what you can expect for the Meat The Sea dinner buffet:

The highlight of the new dinner experience is the eight individually plated Chef's Signatures, crafted to offer unique and indulgent bites.

Start off with the most decadent ones! The King Crab Pasta has sweet, juicy king crab is paired with a rich lobster bisque and smoky mussels ragout, while Estate's Surf & Turf features tender Lumina New Zealand lamb, fresh crab legs, and a perfectly crispy truffle potato pavé.

Foie Gras lovers? You can look forward to unlimited portions of these perfectly pan-seared delicacies, with teriyaki-glazed unagi and a refreshing ponzu sauce that cuts through the richness.

Something you need at least one bite of is the Roasted London Duck. The succulent duck slices are served with Szechuan-spiced Pickle Daikon, Plum Barbecue Sauce, and Furikake Sushi Rice.
