The savoury line-up includes six savouries that are substantial enough to make a full meal. Start with the highlight, a Dry Laksa that's rich, aromatic, and utterly addictive! Then there's the Chilli Crab served in a crisp shell, creamy Coronation Chicken elegantly perched on a wonton leaf, and Kuay Pie Tee filled with bamboo shoots and turnip poached in prawn bisque, topped with juicy prawn, chilli, and sweet fruit sauce.

Once you're thoroughly satiated with the savouries, turn your attention to the top tier that holds a selection of the new Violet Oon Kueh Collection. These handmade kuehs are lovingly crafted from Chef Violet Oon's own recipes. Chewy pandan Kueh Kosui comes topped with freshly grated coconut, fragrant Bika Ambon with hints of lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, and pandan, and glutinous Ang Ku Kueh hides sweet mung bean paste.

Of course, it's not a high tea without some tea! Heritage-inspired blends like Pandan & Blue Pea or Rosella Tea are served to complement the bold flavours of the sweet and savoury treats.
