Guerilla Coffee Opens Its Flagship Outlet At Kallang Riverside With An On-Site Roastery
Homegrown specialty coffee concept Guerilla Coffee has opened its flagship outlet at Kallang Riverside, and it’s not just another café! Nestled along the leafy Kallang Park Connector, this 80-seater sanctuary is the brand's most expansive space yet with rustic indoor seating and a breezy, pet-friendly alfresco area.
Beyond its idyllic setting, the flagship ups the ante with a slew of new features not found at its other outlets. Think on-site small-batch coffee roasting, an elevated 'Slow Bar' experience, ultra-rare beans that cost upwards of $100 per cup, and an all-day dining menu that fuses familiar dishes with coffee.

Coffees & On-Site Roastery
The heart of this flagship store is its on-site roastery, where premium coffee beans from around the world are roasted in small batches to bring out their distinct flavour profiles. Customers can choose their own beans to be roasted fresh on the spot, and ready in just 15 minutes.
True coffee aficionados will want to explore the Slow Bar Menu, which reads like a wine list for coffee lovers. Filter brews are thoughtfully curated, ranging from daily single-origin selections to highly prized coffee lots that are first roasted and then frozen to preserve them at their peak flavour.
One standout from the drinks menu is the Singapore Latte ($6.70), Guerilla Coffee's fun spin on the traditional kopitiam-style kopi. It's a fragrant cuppa with hints of salt and pepper - familiar yet refreshingly modern.

All-Day Menu
On the menu are a mix of international and local flavours, and some dishes incorporate a bit of coffee too!
Start with the Guerilla Seasonal Butterboard (from $18), a visual treat of house-churned butter laced with seasonal ingredients, finished with a dusting of house-made coffee salt. It's served with fresh fruits, warm sourdough, and edible flowers.

If you're in the mood for something hearty, the Buttermilk Chicken Waffles & Espresso Maple ($20) hits the spot. Crispy cereal-style chicken rests on fluffy waffles, drizzled with a house-made syrup infused with Guerilla's own coffee blend.

Other highlights include the melt-in-your-mouth Grilled Pork Jowl ($28) and the locally sourced Tamarind Sea Bass ($28)—served in a tangy tamarind broth with ginger flower, lime, and okra.

Don't leave without dessert! The Walnut Dark Choc Banana Bread with Chantilly Cream ($12) is a treat worth the calories. It's dense, chocolatey, and has just the right amount of sweetness thanks to generous chunks of 75% Tanzanian chocolate.

The location is rather ulu, but if you're serious about your coffee, looking for a good dining spot with out-of-Singapore vibes, or bringing your fur kid out for a good time, Guerilla Coffee's flagship store is worth the trip.
