Foodies in Bishan have it good these days with trendy eats from Shake Shack to Mister Donut right in their neighbourhood at Junction 8. Joining them is HAR HAR Chicken!, a takeaway kiosk offering all things har cheong gai AKA prawn paste chicken.
This new concept was created by four har cheong gai enthusiasts including LG Han from One Michelin-starred Labyrinth and social media personality Lennard Yeong. On the menu is this tasty fried chicken, of course, in a variety of iterations from standalone wings to burgers and rice boxes.
Highlights include the HAR-Burger (a la carte: $7.30 | with fries: $9.70) that has a juicy fried chicken patty, and the Saver Rice Box (from $4.90) that comes with a chicken wing, addictive chicken rice chilli and achar slaw.
