Generate A Tropical Self-Portrait At This Pop-Up Booth & Stand To Win Travel Vouchers
Before selfies, wefies, photo booths with cute built-in filters, or 0.5 top-down self-service studios became commonplace, taking a picture wasn't quite as convenient. No, we're not talking about the days of 90s digicams or even those trendy manual film cameras, but rather the self-portraits made by renowned painters like Frida Kahlo, Paul Gauguin, and Diego Rivera!
Well, now you can get your very own self-portrait generated in an oil painting style at this pop-up booth by The National Gallery. The best part? These AI-generated images are complimentary, and you can take as many as you want before saving the best of the bunch!

Simply head down to Level 1 of Raffles City shopping centre to check out this pop-up (located outside Bacha Coffee). You can't miss it — the booth is surrounded by plenty of decorative tropical plants and it sports the exhibition title, Tropical: Stories from Southeast Asia and Latin America.

Step inside and you'll find a large touchscreen where you can start the shoot. We recommend getting photo-ready before starting the countdown, since the 3-second countdown goes really fast. Those who are on the shorter side might have to do a hover-sit to position themselves better!
