You might have read all about Joya Onsen Cafe in our previous review, where we shared our firsthand experience with their public baths, private onsen, and cafe nosh. Stepping in, you’ll see that a good portion of the premises is currently decorated with (artificial) sakura blossoms, either dangling from the ceiling or hanging over the various entryways. The zen garden, a prime photo spot, has also been given a romantic pink and white floral makeover.

This sakura theme isn’t merely limited to the decor, for the regular public onsen bath has been swapped out for a sakura tea bath, which comes with skin rejuvenating properties.
