Summer season is raging and even though we all are spending our days lazing around our homes one cannot deny the thirst that builds up due to scorching summer heat. The moments of fatigue and low energy levels leave a lot of things to be desired. Hydration is our only saving grace. The hydrated we stay the better it is for our health. Virgin Pina Colada

1 Banana
1 cup chopped Pineapple
1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
1 teaspoon Honey

Add all the above ingredients in a blending jar along with 4-5 ice cubes and blend them together until they form a smoothie-like consistency. Voila, your drink is ready to be served and enjoyed.

Melon Cooler

1/2 Musk Melon
1 Orange, peeled and deseeded
Small piece of Ginger

Chop the musk melon and put it into the blender with orange, ginger, and 4-5 ice cubes. Blend them nicely and your drink is ready.

Kokam Juice

1o Pieces of Kokam
100g Jaggery/ Honey
Black Salt as per taste

Soak kokum for an hour in 5 glasses of water for an hour or two then grind and strain it. Then add water to it as per your taste, followed by adding sweetener and black salt. Keep it chill for 30 minutes and serve.
