Jayeshbhai Jordaar First Look Out: Ranveer Singh Looks Perfect As *Gujarati Chokro* & We Are In Awe
Ranveer Singh is one of the most versatile actors of Bollywood. From playing the role of Bajirao to making us believe in Murad, he has proved that there is nothing that he can't do. Now, the first look from his upcoming film, Jayeshbhai Jordaar is here and Ranveer has once again surprised us with his transformation. Featuring as a typical Gujarati chokra, the actor can be seen in a mustard polo T-shirt with polka dots. He paired it with grey jeans.
In the picture, Ranveer is seen standing in front of a group of veil-covered ladies.

Earlier, while talking about the character, Ranveer said, "As Charlie Chaplin once said, ‘To truly laugh, you must be able to take your pain, and play with it!’ Jayeshbhai is an unlikely hero, an ordinary man, who ends up doing something extraordinary when he’s hurled into a threatening situation. Jayeshbhai is sensitive and compassionate. He believes in equal rights between men and women in a society that is deeply rooted in patriarchal ideals, practices, and doctrines. Jayeshbhai presented an exciting challenge: to deconstruct myself in order to transform into a kind of character I’ve never inhabited before."
The project will be helmed by debutant writer-director Divyang Thakkar and bankrolled by Maneesh Sharma.
On a related note, Ranveer will next be seen in Kabir Khan's '83. He is set to play Kapil Dev.
