A couple of days back, the actress appeared for an interview where she was accompanied by Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Ayushmann Khurrana, Vijay Deverakonda, and other stars. The Arjun Reddy star confessed that he had a crush on both Alia and Deepika. However, the latter got married. She was quick to respond that Alia is also getting married but later stated that she just made that up just to see Arjun's reaction.
On the professional front, Deepika will next be seen sharing the screen space with Vikrant Massey in Meghna Gulzar's Chhapaak. The movie is inspired by the story of an acid attack survivor and is set to release next year. She will also be featured as Kapil Dev's wife, Romi Dev in Ranveer Singh starrer '83. The film tells the story of India's World Cup victory in 1983.
