Iccha and Tapasya Reunite: Uttaran Actresses Tina Dattaa & Rashami Desai Had A Blast In Goa & We Are Nostalgic

Tina Dattaa and Rashami Desai, who became a household name with the names Iccha and Tapasya, are still remembered as the lead actresses of the daily drama show Uttaran- the show that aired on Colors TV back in December 2008 and continued to run on television for seven years.

It was said that the duo shared a similar equation like the on-screen show in their personal lives as well. However, the stars always maintained that they are close friends. The relationship these two shared faded with time we guess and we always wondered what had actually happened.

However, when we saw the iconic duo reunited in Goa, we became nostalgic and that took us back to their lovely days, celebrating their bond of friendship on the popular show.

Tina was in Goa for a work event and guess what she ended up bumping into her old pal Rashami at a wedding function. And, what we can see through the pictures below is that the two had a lot of fun!

Both the stars made sure that they captured every moment of their reunion after a long time. Both looked absolutely gorgeous in their beautiful outfits. Rashmi looked mesmerising in a beautiful white gown while Tinaa looked like the ultimate traditional diva in a faded lehenga choli in pink colour.

Well, what's better than meeting your old friend in a party-centric place like Goa? Tinaa, was absolutely thrilled and surprised, like us to meet Rashami! Tinaa said, "Basically, we had gone to Goa for an event. It was someone's wedding. It was fun meeting Rashu after so long. We had so much fun. In the flight also we kept chatting like chatterboxes and had so much to talk about. We had dinner together."

All we can say is, that this bond is bring back so many memories in our mind. How wonderful it would be to catch the two stars work together on the small screen again and rule the daily soap category on Indian television?

Tinaa is currently playing the role of Jaahnvi Morya in Daayan. She was all over the internet a while back, due to her issues with co-star Mohit Malhotra. The actress accused Mohit Malhotra of harassment and misbehaviour. She later released a statement to the media saying, they have resolved their issues and all is good now. On the other hand, Rashami Desai was last seen playing the role of Shorvori in the show Dil Se Dil Tak.
