From Amitabh Bachchan To Sushmita Sen, Bollywood is Praying For The Safe Return Of The IAF Pilot In Pakistan
The recent Pulwama terror attack in Kashmir came as a shock to the entire nation when we heard the news that it claimed the lives of 40 Indian Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) jawans on February 14th. The attack was carried out by a terrorist organisation, Jaish-e-Mohammad. In retaliation, the Indian Air Force's Mirage 2000 jets crossed the Line Of Control and destroyed a terror camp in Balakot, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa at 30.30 am on Tuesday morning.
After the confirmation from the government yesterday, that Indian Air Force Pilot Wing Commander Abhinandan Varthman is "missing in action" and amidst the increasing tension between India and Pakistan and the videos of the videos of the Pilot that went viral, India is praying for his safe return. In the video released by Pakistan, which was highly criticised by the Indian government shows our brave-hearted man blindfolded in their custody.
Everyone on social media as well as other mainstream forms of media is centred on just one thing right now - BRING BACK ABHINANDAN. Everyone is disapproving this move of Pakistan and demanding a safe return of the IAF pilot on the Indian soil.
Celebrities from the movie fraternity took their Twitter and other social media platforms to express their prayers for the safe return of the real-life hero of India. Take a look at what Amitabh Bachchan, Hrithik Roshan, Ranveer Singh and other celebs have shared on the internet!

While carrying out the air strikes, the IAF lost a MIG-21 in the retaliation and the government later confirmed that Wing Commander Abhinandan was in the fighter plane which went missing. As per the latest reports, the Indian government is not willing to negotiate with the Pak government and want their soldier back safe and healthy. We pray for the safe return of our real-life hero.
