Mr Holmes Bakehouse's Flagship Store At Orchard Opens On 12 July, Get Their Signature Cruffins & Croissants
San Francisco-founded bakery Mr Holmes Bakehouse is finally opening its flagship store in Singapore after months of anticipation! It's located in Pacific Plaza where signature bakes will be sold, together with an in-store toy and merchandise pop-up for a yummy and fun experience when you visit the store.
Monixx, a new character conceptualised by Mighty Jaxx, will also be "hijacking" the store with her presence across counters, tables and displays.

The Singapore store is the only remaining storefront in the world following the shuttering of stores due to the global pandemic, so count ourselves lucky to be able to get a taste of their famous cruffins in our sunny island!
Here are the must-tries at Mr Holmes Bakehouse:
Cruffin ($5.80)

A hybrid of a croissant and a muffin, the cruffins are puffed up standing pastries with flaky layers on the outside while remaining moist on the inside. Mr Holmes Bakehouse kickstarted the cruffin mania, so trust us when we say these are going to be so good that one will not be enough!
Flavours for cruffins include Mint Chocolate Chip, Tiramisu Cream and Peanut Butter Milkshake.
Croissant ($4 - $7.50)

Croissants are handcrafted daily with a mix of traditional techniques and house styling. Choose the usual Butter, Matcha and Chocolate, or switch things up with the Lemon Meringue Pie and Raspberry Hibiscus.
Donut ($4 - $6.50)

Brioche donuts will also be available for you to sink your teeth into. Get the classic flavours like Chocolate and Strawberries & Cream, or try the Plum Yuzu Jam for a tangy surprise.

Rounding off the bakes are Sweet Buns ($4 - $6), Almond Apricot Bostock ($5.80), Cookies($4) and Danishes ($7).
You can indulge in a range of savouries there too! Options include Pulled Pork Sandwich ($16) and Roasted Chicken Salad ($16).
Take note that two flavours of Cruffins and Donuts will be made available across Mondays to Thursdays, with a full selection of three of each from Fridays to Sundays for the opening.

Meet Monixx, a character specially designed to "crash" your dine-in sessions with a table-sized installation and dedicated display case by the entrance. Merchandise featuring Monixx will be available too, via a stylised vending machine loaded with t-shirts, aprons and caps all at $49.
Mr Holmes Bakehouse Singapore opens its doors on 12 July at 10am, and will subsequently be open daily from 8am to 6pm. Remember to snap pictures in front of the iconic "I Got Baked" neon light when you are there!
