They launch different flavours every month so there's always new offerings to look forward to. The lineup for July 2021 includes Donutella, Creme Brûlée, Pistachio Ganache, Peanut Butter Jam, Lemon Curd Cream, Mocha Ganache, Strawberry Cheesecake, and Chef's Choice.

#2 Sourbombe Artisanal Bakery

Sourbombe Artisanal Bakery is the first in Singapore to offer a mashup of sourdough and bombolonis, and they were created by Genevieve Lee, runner-up of MasterChef Singapore 2018.
It's made with sourdough starter and fried in non-greasy coconut oil after 18 to 24 hours of fermentation, then stuffed with fillings.

Their full range of Sourbombe flavours include Cinnabombe, Blueberry & Lemon Thyme, Lavender Lime Mascarpone, Basque Burnt Cheesecake, Hojicha Caramel Crunch, Passionfruit & Caramelised Banana, Basil Cream & Rhubarb, Burnt Honey & Sage Walnuts, and Black Sesame Peanut.

They will also be opening their store on 8 July, with pre-orders commencing on 10 July 2021. Slots are available for self-collection and delivery.

Puffs And Peaks Bakery is situated within a neighbourhood and serves quality handmade baked goods by a mother-daughter duo. Their brioche bombolonis are filled with house-made custard and come in a variety of flavours, but take note that flavour availability rotates weekly!

Flavours include Vanilla Bean, Chocolate, Matcha, Apple Pie, Hojicha, Taro Coconut, Caramelised Banana, Passionfruit Curd, Lemon Curd, Blackcurrant Peanut Butter, and Strawberry Jam.

They have a weekly menu with pre-orders opening every Monday at 7pm, on a first come first served basis. Apart from bombolonis, you can also get bread, brownies, cookies and more from the bakery.

The Fat Kid Bakery is fairly new as it was founded in 2020 by self-taught baker Ariel Tang, but her sourdough bombolonis will not disappoint! They are light and fluffy with an addictive tang - you might just finish an entire box in one seating.

Try The Classic if you want to savour the slight tanginess of the sourdough bombo without any filling to distract your tastebuds.
