The Korean-inspired collection features both sweet and savoury options based on wildly popular street snacks and Korean dishes, and will be available till 15 August 2021.
Here's everything you need to grab for a taste of Korea:
Korissants

BreadTalk's Korissants are inspired by the croffle, a trendy Korean pastry that marries a croissant and a waffle. It's a croissant gently pressed on a flat grill for a crispier texture and comes in three flavours - Kimcheese, Brown Sugar Injeolmi and Cinnamon.
The Kimcheese is loaded with kimchi, and a mix of gouda and mozzarella cheese. The Brown Sugar Injeolmi has a soybean custard cream centre, and is dusted with roasted soybean powder and brown sugar. The Cinnamon is spice and all things nice!
Annyeong Garlic
The garlic cream cheese bread is equally popular in Singapore as it is in Korea, so it's not a surprise that this is included in the lineup as well. The Annyeong Garlic is a combination of sweet cream cheese and house-made green garlic mayonnaise, then topped with Japanese breadcrumbs for that extra crunch.
Egg-Ppang
Egg-Ppang, aka gyeran ppang, is a Korean street food staple. Egg yolk crowns the bread studded with bacon and spring onions, while the melted gouda and mozzarella cheeses give each bun crispy edges.

Mandu Mandu
Mandu means "dumpling" in Korean and this adorable bun shaped like one will bring a smile to your face! Each Mandu Mandu envelops a meaty filling made with ground pork, dried black fungus, shiitake mushrooms, cabbage, sweet potato noodles and egg. Melted cheeses form the golden brown bottom of each bun.
Kimchi-Jjang
Inspired by kimchi pancake, Kimchi-Jjang is packed with kimchi and topped with savoury mozzarella cheese.
Injeolmi Patso
A buttery bun with sweet red bean, soybean custard cream and diced almonds, then dusted with injeolmi powder.
Goguma Roll

Roasted sweet potato aka goguma is another well-known Korean street snack. In the Goguma Roll, you get a creamy filling with cake pudding within a delicate chiffon cake.
