 1. Know Your Face Shape

The first step to getting on fleek brows is knowing your face shape. This way, you will know which eyebrow shape complements your face and you would then be able to shape or pluck your brows to recreate your ideal brows.

Koreans (or at least those celebrities) usually have a slim, long or oval-looking face. This explains why they usually sport straight brows. Just like it's shared in the diagram above, straight brows are able to help create the illusion of a smaller face.

If you have a round or diamond face, I strongly encourage you to go for the arched brows.

2. Find Your Brow Shape

After you have identified your face shape, you should have a clearer idea of the kind of brows you need. Here are 5 of the most common brow shape.

.

3. Choose Your Brow Colour

For more natural-looking brows, opt for a shade lighter than your natural brows. Brown is always a good choice as black is certainly would seem harsher on your face.

.

4. Groom Your Brows

Groom your brows by plucking or threading them. Do not shave or there might be dire consequences.

If this is a first, opt for eyebrow threading! Nothing can go wrong here and these professionals are likely to help you thread your brows and give you the brow shape your face needs.

.

5. Shape, Fill and Define Your Brows

Step 1
Brush your brows with a spoolie and make sure they are all facing the same direction.

Step 2
Use your brow pencil or brush and outline the shape of your brows. The top should be drawn a little shorter (and lighter) than the bottom line. This is important. Please do not draw bold lines.

We want natural looking brows, NOT crayon shin chan brows.

Step 3
Fill in your brows and blend the colours together with your natural brow. Blend, blend, blend! Please blend the colours.

Step 4
This may or may not be necessary but if you do want a more defined brows, throw on some concealer and BLEND.

Step 5
Perform the final grooming and finish it off with a brow gel if you want to keep your brows in place.

.

There you have it! The brow bible! It's been helpful for us and we hope it works for you too.
