Orient Express Dining In A Train Carriage In Singapore Is Extended To Sept 2021 With A New Menu
The Orient Express Exhibition that opened late last year had a restaurant in replica train carriages and reservations were snapped up in no time. If you didn't manage to make a reservation, now's your second chance to have a romantic dining experience in a glamorous "train".
The exhibition as well as the restaurant have extended their run till September 2021 with new dining slots available to book.

Once Upon A Time on The Orient Express exhibition at Gardens by the Bay was originally intended to end its run in June, but has been extended till September.
Designed to look just like the original Orient Express train carriages, the pop-up restaurant has a wonderful old-world charm. To enter the restaurant, you'll go up the stairs and "board" the train.

Inside is a luxurious train setting complete with curtains, sliding doors and overhead racks for baggage.

A new lunch and two new dinner menus curated by Michelin-starred chef Yannick Alléno have been added to reinterpret the food from the mysterious bygone era in a new refreshing and invigorating manner.
Featuring a five-course meal, the lunch set ($188++) reflects traditional French techniques and flavours by reimagining them for the contemporary palate. Dinner is offered in two seatings at 6pm- a five-course meal ($298++), and at 8pm - a seven-course meal ($398++).
The restaurant also offers Brunch ($250++) from 11.30am to 2.15pm and High Tea ($78++) from 3 to 5pm.
