Located a short walk from City Square Mall, Sweets Craftsman is a new dessert cafe that offers Japanese-style artisanal bakes and pastries.
The highlight of their menu has to be the cute Fujiro rolls ($7.80) that look like Mount Fuji rolled up in a cake with whipped cream. There are three flavours to choose from: Matcha, Tieguanyin and Chocolate Raspberry.

Other pretty desserts they offer are Strawberry Shortcake ($6.80) with a tinge of matcha, whole cakes, assorted tarts (from $6) and dry baked treats like brownies, croissants, madeleines and cookies.

The cafe has limited seating but if you manage to snag a table, you can enjoy the cosy ambience that has a comforting cottage-like aesthetic with pale pink walls and potted plants.
