Kumoya Cafe's second outlet at Orchard Central which opened in August last year had the adorable Rilakkuma as its first theme and now, there's a new set of decor to look forward to!

The kawaii Sumikkogurashi characters are taking over the Orchard Central outlet from 12 March 2021 so make sure you mark your calendar.

Get ready to be greeted by the Sumikkogurashi wallpaper that will make great backdrops for photos at the cafe as you enter their 'living space'. Check out the lights printed with Shirokuma, Penguin? and Neko's faces!

The interior of the cafe is decorated with more Sumikkogurashi motifs hanging from the ceiling, as well as on the tables. The bright pastel colours are going to uplift your mood instantaneously.

The Gone fishing Tokage Salmon croquette cream rice ($25.90) comes with butterfly pea-infused rice shaped to look like Tokage, breaded salmon croquette and mushroom cream sauce.

Choose from 13 types of drinks!

The frappes ($13.90) comes in strawberry momo, chocolate mint and mango yuzu flavours. The iced teas ($2.90) are available in mango lemonade, lychee blossom and apple momo.

Go for the Iced Latte ($12.90), Iced Chocolate ($12.90) or Iced Matcha Latte ($13.90) if you love a generous topping of whipped cream on your drinks. There are hot versions ($11.90 & $12.90) available too.

And the cutest of the lot is definitely the Shirokuma Kawaii Strawberry Soda ($16.90) which comes with fluffy cotton candy!

All of the drinks will be served with a free Sumikkogurashi coaster.

The last item on the dessert menu is the All Friends Caramel pop-corn waffles ($25.90). Kumoya's signature butter waffles comes with cheesecake and vanilla ice cream, granola, marshmallow and a Sumikkogurashi cookie.

Order the snacks too while you are there. Some of the must-tries are the Hand Cut Truffle Fries ($13.90), Karaage Chicken with Shoyu Glaze ($14.90) and Golden Sweet Potato Fries ($12.90).

The Sumikkogurashi x Kumoya pop-up cafe will be open from 12 March 2021 at 11am for a limited time only. Note that there is a minimum order of one food or drink item per patron.
