Has severe RBF but is fairly jolly and carefree on the inside. Degree of life satisfaction is heavily influenced by food.

Located near Queenstown MRT station and completed in 2015, SkyTerrace @Dawson was designed to embody three ideas: housing in a park, connectivity to surroundings and multi-generational living. We'd say that the flat has met and perhaps surpassed these goals.

The building itself looks nothing like a typical public housing estate in Singapore. The visually arresting design features five residential blocks that have a Jenga-like silhouette with blocks stacked on top of each other.

Between the modern structures are cascading terrace gardens and sky terraces that also serve as common hangout areas in addition to the visual appeal. The passageways and multi-storey carpark are also filled with greenery.

The various bridges connect the blocks together to encourage interaction between neighbours.

SkyTerrace @Dawson also has eco-friendly features such as drip irrigation, rainwater harvesting, bio-retention basins and solar energy systems to light up common areas.

Inside one of the loft flats is a wonderfully bright living room with an effortlessly luxe look thanks to the high ceilings. The other rooms also look fairly roomy for Singapore standards.

Fulfilling the objective of multi-generational living, the flat has paired units next to each other with interconnecting doors that parents and married children can purchase.

At the 47th floor is a rooftop sky garden with panoramic views of Singapore. It also looks like it was designed for the 'gram with a perfectly symmetrical backdrop for you to take a pose.

There are also walkways and lounge areas that have luxury villa vibes with the architectural details, soft, glowing lights and strategically placed plants.
