If pimples pop out around your hairline, your shampoo could be the culprit. Pick non-comedogenic hair products and try not to get any on your skin while you're applying it.

People who are stressed or sleep-deprived are also more likely to get more breakouts on the forehead. We have some de-stressing methods according to your zodiac!

This is a common spot to get blackheads and whiteheads as it has a high concentration of oil glands. Try to use a mud mask or a clarifying face mask on your whole face or just the area around your nose once or twice a week to remove excess oil and prevent clogged pores.

Avoid applying thick moisturisers on this area too!

#3 Cheeks

For most people, there isn't a specific reason why they get zits on their cheeks, but it is possible that you get more breakouts in this area because of certain habits that spreads bacteria to your skin. This includes holding a phone close to your cheek, resting your hand on your cheek and sleeping with a dirty pillowcase.

Combating this is pretty straightforward. Disinfect your phone regularly and don't bring it to the bathroom, change your pillowcases frequently and avoid touching your face!

#4 Around your mouth

The foam from your toothpaste can clog pores which might be causing breakouts around your mouth area. Try switching to toothpastes without sodium laureth sulphate and fluoride!

It might also be the result of your lip balm or lipstick! Try not to apply lip products too liberally or over your natural lip line and always remove it completely.

Pimples formed in this area is usually triggered by hormonal changes like when your period comes. Dairy and food high in sugar will make things worse so avoid these foods!
