- Whipping cream 120ml
- Fine sugar 18g
- Butter 20g
- Gelatin Film 5g

1) Use a mousse ring mould if you have. If not you can DIY using a can instead. Cut both ends to get your mousse ring mould.

6)  Melt 20g of butter

9) Add 8g of sugar to 100g of milk and add in the cookies fillings which we removed earlier. Put all together in a pan and heat it slightly. While the temperature is still warm, add in the gelatin film to the milk mixture. Heat it slightly, just enough to melt the gelatin film.

10) Add 10g of sugar to 120 grams of whipping cream, beat the mixture until stiff peaks form. Set the whipped cream aside.

11) Combine the cooled milk mixture and the whipped cream. Mix well, and sift.

12) Pour into the mould and put in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours. (Because the cans are thin and not easy to remove, it is best to freeze them.)

13) After removing the can/mould, sprinkle a layer of crushed Oreo over the top for the final touch. And your Sakura Oreo Milk Mousse is ready to serve!
