Simple & Delicious Fried Rice Recipe Using Just A Rice Cooker

COVID-19 has pretty much turned us into Masterchefs. But, there are still some of us out there who doesn't know how to cook. Well, here's a simple fried rice recipe you can try making at home with just a rice cooker. A rice cooker is an extremely versatile appliance and you will know why after this.

Ingredients needed:

- 1 cup of rice
- 1 tomato
- 2 eggs
- Potato cubes
- Chopped onions
- Chopped mushrooms
- Chopped sausages
- Green peas and carrots
- Lee Kum Kee panda oyster sauce. Get the sauce here.
- Lee Kum Kee premium soya sauce. Get the sauce here.
- 1.5 cups of chicken stock

How to make:

- Slice the onions, potatoes, mushrooms, and sausages before placing them on a plate.
- Prepare the peas and corn on another plate.
- Wash a cup of rice and put the washed rice into the rice cooker for boiling.
- Add one tablespoon of Lee Kum Kee premium soya sauce into the rice.
- Add in the other ingredients into the rice cooker too.
- Add in one tablespoon of Lee Kum Kee panda oyster sauce and 1.5 cups of chicken stock with a cup of water and mix well.
- While waiting for the rice to cook, beat 2 eggs and pour it when the rice is cooked after 10 minutes.
- Close the rice cooker lid and put it into heat retention mode for 10 minutes.
- Serve rice on serving plates.
