#1 Cheesy sausage bread roll

What you need:
- Bread
- Sausages
- Egg
- Cheese slices
- Bread crumbs

How to make:
1. Cut away the crust from the bread (optional)
2. Beat an egg
3. Cook the sausages in a pan
4. Place a slice of cheese on the bread
5. Place a sausage on top
6. Roll it up
7. Dip the rolled up bread in the egg
8. Roll it in bread crumbs
9. Fry till golden brown

What you need:
- Tomato
- Spring onions
- Eggs
- Pepper
- Salt

How to make:
1. Make a + incision lightly on the tomato
2. Boil the tomato for 3-5 minutes
3. Peel the skin off the tomato
4. Dice the tomato and cut the spring onions into small pieces
5. Beat the eggs then throw in the diced tomatoes and pieces of spring onion
6. Add a pinch of salt and pepper into the mixture and mix well
7. Add a bit of oil into the pan and pour the mixture in until it covers the pan
8. Roll the first layer in the pan when it's cooked
9. Pour the mixture in again and continue rolling the omelette till you use up the mixture
#3 Mini Japanese soufflé pancakes

What you need:
- 2 eggs
- 20g yogurt
- 20g milk
- 30g white sugar
- 10g oil
- 45g flour

How to make:
1. Separate the egg yolks and egg whites
2. Add the egg yolks into yogurt, milk and oil then mix
3. Add flour into the mixture and mix
4. Add white sugar into the egg whites and whisk using a hand mixer until it becomes a fluffy and frothy texture
5. Pour the egg yolk mixture into the egg white mixture
6. Mix by using a folding motion gently and slowly to prevent air bubbles from escaping (otherwise the pancakes won't be fluffy!)
7. Brush some oil onto a non-stick pan and use a spoon to scoop the mixture onto the pan (make it thick)
8. Cover the pan and cook the pancakes on low heat for about 2-3 minutes
9. Flip the pancakes, cover the pan and cook on low heat for about 2-3 minutes
10. Dust some powdered sugar on top of the pancakes to make it look visually appealing
#4 Egg and bacon toast

What you need:
- 4 slices of bread
- 4 eggs
- 4 bacon strips
- Mixed nuts
- Black pepper
- Salt

How to make:
1. Beat two eggs, add a pinch of black pepper and salt
2. Cook the eggs in a pan to achieve a scrambled egg consistency
3. Beat the remaining two eggs
4. Remove the crust from the bread (optional)
5. Soak the bread in the egg mixture
6. Place some scrambled eggs and nut mix onto one side of the bread slices
7. Fold it in half and wrap a bacon strip around it
8. Sprinkle some black pepper on top
9. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 5 minutes and place the bread into the oven
10. Cook for 15 minutes

What you need:
- 4 slices of bread
- 2 eggs
- 20ml milk
- 3 slices of cheese
- 3 pieces of ham

How to make:
1. Remove the crust from the bread (optional)
2. Place a slice of cheese on top of a slice of bread, followed by a piece of ham, then another slice of cheese
3. Cover it with another slice of bread on top
4. Beat the eggs and mix in the milk
5. Soak the stacked bread in the mixture
6. Pour a bit of oil into a pan and place the bread in
7. Flip the bread till both sides are golden brown
8. Slice the bread in half before eating
