5 Simple Exercises To Make Your Thighs Slimmer

Are flabby thighs a big concern for you? We all wish that we can get slim and gorgeous legs, especially since we are in Singapore where we wear shorts and short skirts all the time. Well, don't fret! Here are some simple exercises that you can do to make your thighs slimmer and get legs for days!

#1 Cross Leg Crunches

Put both your hands to your ears. Kick out one straightened leg and bend the other one. When you do one crunch, switch over.

Do three sets, 20 times per set.

#2 Side Leg Lifts

Lie on your side, propping your upper body up with an arm. Your body should form a straight line with your legs. Extend the top leg up without bending and point your feet. Slowly lower down but take note to not let it touch the other leg.

Do two sets for each leg, 30 times per set.

#3 Air Cycling

This simple exercise is easy and can be done every night before you sleep. Simply cycle with your legs up in the air and remember to engage your core muscles.

Do 5 sets, 1 minute per set.

#4 Leg Stretching

Leg stretches are important in toning your legs as well. Bend one leg in front of you and extend the other behind you. Extend your body forward without curving your back.

Do 2 sets for each leg, 15 seconds per set.

#5 Abdomen Stretching

As there are exercises involving the core earlier on, it is important to stretch them out. Lie on your stomach with your legs shoulder width apart and prop your body up with your arms.

Do 2 sets, 15 seconds per set.
