A pricey and pretty reminder on your nails may be just what you need to help you ditch the bad habit. It makes sense! If your nails are done up nicely, you might be less likely to want to ruin the work.
3) Swap it out for a better habit
Another way to break this habit is to adopt another one. Whenever you feel like biting your nails, try doing something else such as sitting on your hands, chewing gum, or sucking on lozenges or mints.
