5 Trackers To Include In Your Daily Journaling!
When life gets a little messy, it's time to simplify stuff before things spin out of control. Break your life down into measurable boxes and start colouring your life. It's worth setting aside fifteen minutes each day to plan. If you fail to plan, you plan to fail. Get a journal, and you get a life.
Here are some interesting sections to include in your journals!
Habit Tracker
The inability to focus and habitual procrastination will deepen your sense of failure every day. Start by writing down your priorities and list down some habits you wish to quit and/or develop.
Colours are great assistants. It makes your content clearer, cleaner and eventually total up to a pretty picture.
Sleep Tracker
It takes tremendous effort to sleep right. Once you start tracking your sleep cycle, you found the ground to start living right. Good sleep is essential for healthy living.
Water Tracker
The age-old saying goes, you have to drink eight cups of water each day. Somehow, it becomes eight cups of coffee per day now.
Set your own water goal and diligently fulfil it.

Emotions Tracker
This is different from measuring how stressed you feel. Emotions are subjective, but you can certainly learn to control and be positive about some things.
