During an episode in Japanese variety show「林先生が驚く初耳学」, Tomomi Shimura, CEO of Body Tone New York and Founder of Zero Training, introduced viewers this 5-minutes Breathing Weightloss Technique that can help ladies cut 5-7cm off their waist!
When asked how the 41-year-old maintains her youthful looks and figure, she credited it to this exercise.
Tomomi Shimura shares that this 5-minute breathing weight loss exercise is also known as the Zero Training Weightloss Exercise.
This exercise can relieve the stress and tensions built up in our body's core connecting joints such as our neck, back, waist and eventually transform our bodies into a fat burning machine by increasing our body's metabolism.
The best part about this exercise is that it don't require any form of dieting! #woohoo
So how easy is this 「 5 Mins Weightloss Breathing Technique」?
Take a deep breath for 3 seconds and exhale slowly over 7 seconds. Easy peasy, hor? No, we're not kidding.
During the variety show, 2 females guests were invited to come on air to try out the exercise where they were taught how to do the exercise.
After following it religiously for a period of two weeks, the first guest realised that her waist circumference actually went from 94cm to 89cm- a total reduction of 5cm!
The other guest who had a waist circumference of 97cm also shed off 7cm off her waist in merely 2 weeks.
