
BOMUL Samgyetang Brings Korean Organic Chicken Soups To CHIJMES
Daebak! There's yet another new Korean restaurant to add to your list: BOMUL Samgyetang. Located at CHIJMES, this ginseng chicken soup specialty restaurant offers a whopping 10 varieties of the comfort dish - the largest you can find in Singapore.
It was founded by two besties from Korea, an entrepreneur and a professional bodybuilder and model, who you might spot serving customers in the restaurant.
BOMUL Samgyetang's Hanok-Inspired Ambiance

The star of the show is undoubtedly the samgyetang, but BOMUL's charming interiors is another draw. Reminiscent of a hanok, the space is furnished with dark wooden furniture and decorated with traditional Korean touches like vases, byeongpung-like walls, and hanok-style dressers and cabinets.

10 Types of Samgyetang
On the menu are 10 variations of samgyetang, each tailored for different benefits from balancing your digestive system with Detox ($32) to drinking away your hangover with Collagen ($29).
BOMUL uses local organic free-range spring chicken that's grazed for an optimal period of 50 to 60 days. It's gently simmered in their signature hanbang (traditional Korean medicine), creating a rich, aromatic broth brewed with over 18 herbs and ingredients.

A must-try is Rejuvenation ($36), a flavour-packed broth infused with aged black garlic for a deeply satisfying caramelised depth.
If you get a kick out of spicy food, go for Spicy Cure ($32). It's brewed with extra-spicy chilli pepper, herbs, chives, and enoki mushrooms.

Love a simple yet full-bodied soup? Try Energy ($36), a thick and fragrant samyetang with nutty flavours of Korean perilla, a herb with antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-bacterial properties
The chicken is also pleasantly tender, and its stuffed with glutinous rice.
Korean Dishes & Sides
To complete your feast, get the Minari Pancake ($22) to share. This perfectly crisp pancake is made with Korean water parsley for a refreshing contrast to the deep-fried dough.

If you're in the mood for something a l'il more experimental, order the Duck and Chicken Breast Ddukgalbi ($22). This Korean dish is typically prepared with beef, so this duck and chicken version offers a different flavour profile. This sweet-savoury patty has a slightly chewy texture as the meat is mixed with rice cakes.

Wash all that down with the Signature Honey Ginseng Tea ($6). This nourishing cuppa is made with wild honey harvested from forests with aged ginseng, as well as sugar-free linden honey for a naturally rich sweetness.
For dessert, there's house-made ice cream in flavours like Black Sesame and Ginseng.

From 27 November to 6 December 2025, customers can enjoy a 1-for-1 deal on all the Samgyetang varieties, except for the Anti-Ageing Samgyetang, with the higher-priced dish charged per redemption. There's no limit per table! Terms and conditions apply.
There will also be a Kids Free Meal promotion for kids below 110cm, available every Sunday to Tuesday starting 7 December. With every Samgyetang ordered, diners will receive one complimentary Kids Meal featuring a mini porridge, one piece of Ddukgalbi, and a canned drink.
