Spring may not be a real season here in the tropics, but Tulipmania brings it on anyway! Transforming the Flower Dome at Gardens by the Bay into a petal-filled paradise, this year's rendition is taking on an eastern Turkish hue with rare tulip varieties and themed decor.

She's a master at creating wearable art, with outfits that look like they came right out of a high-budget space or sci-fi blockbuster — Avatar and Dune-esque fashion, anyone?
