Potions, Pastries & Chocolate Frogs: This New Harry Potter-Inspired Afternoon Tea Brings The Magic
We'd bet any Potterhead worth their salt has already visited (or at least heard of) The Wizard's Brew by now. But for those who are fashionably late to exploring this magical spot, here's where you and your besties can enjoy Harry Potter-inspired snacks, desserts and cocktails while surrounded by the best Hogwarts-esque decor. In short, it's the closest a muggle can get to visiting the Wizarding World in Singapore!

Well, things are about to get even more exciting: this dessert cafe and bar has introduced a new afternoon tea set that will sweep you off your feet. The Suitcase of Enchantments ($58 for 2 pax) includes a huge chest full of sweets and savouries served alongside a pot of tea.

Once you've finished snapping a bajillion pictures, start off by tucking into the Glacius Shrimp Angel Hair Pasta (this writer's favourite!). Fresh and juicy shrimp, perfectly cooked pasta, and a savoury, fragrant truffle sauce? Yes please.
Other moresome savoury offerings include the Mystical Salmon Bruschettas and Crimson Turkey Bacon Tarts, which do a great job at filling the belly.
Afternoon Tea: Sweets

Since desserts are the best part of every afternoon tea, we had high expectations of the sweets to come — and were not disappointed in the least. Shaped like Hedwig, the Snowy Owl Macarons are super adorable and fun to eat. Meanwhile, the Howler Seal Tartlets will bring back all the nostalgia and fond memories of The Philosopher's Stone. We could almost hear the tartlet, #IYKYK.
What's an afternoon tea without a buttery, flakey set of scones? These Black Sorcerer's Scones were just the right portion size to leave us feeling full at the end of our meal.
Pair all these goodies with the Pot of Spellbinding Tea, which comes with a variety of condiments in the form of a rack of potions ingredients. Here's your chance to pretend you're brewing a mysterious concoction out of orange peel, honey and mint leaf, all without Professor Snape breathing down your neck.
Cocktails

Want to get a little boozy during your afternoon tea date? We recommend checking out the cocktail menu for some seriously impressive tipples. Fungi Nectar ($22) comes served in a tall mushroom-shaped glass and tastes equal parts sweet, tangy, and satisfyingly bitter with its tequila base.

Like your alcoholic beverages candy-sweet? Pick Twilight Enchantment ($22) for a unique blend of Blue Curacao, Seedlip, Sprite, and Vodka. It's punchy, playful, and looks dazzling on the 'gram.
FYI: Superfans who want to snap photos in their Hogwarts house colours no longer have to lug their own merch here! Simply approach the friendly staff at the bar counter to loan some robes, or go for the matching neckties, which are stored on top of the fireplace.
