The Gorgeous Blushing Strawberry Afternoon Tea Is Back At Conrad Centennial Singapore

We fawned over Conrad Centennial Singapore's Strawberry Afternoon Tea last year, but in 2025, they're back with another that's even more exquisite. Served from now till 30 April 2025, it features fresh new creations, all incorporating in-season Japanese strawberries.

Start by cheering to the new year with the Welcome Drinks! The Strawberry Afternoon Tea edition is a Blushing Pink Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Wine accented with fresh strawberries.

Soon after, the Strawberry Afternoon Tea will arrive at the table, beautifully displayed on the classic tiered stand. This year's morsels are prettier and tastier, with five sweets, five savouries, scones and as much TWG Tea and Bacha Coffee as you like.

The top tier treats are the most enticing, but enjoy the scones first while they're warm. There's the seasonal Homemade Strawberry Scone with a hint of sweetness as well as the classic Raisin Scone.

After that, enjoy the Air-Flown Japanese Strawberries in all its glory, dipped in Valrhona chocolate.

The strawberry dessert feast continues with the Classic Strawberry Shortcake layered with Hokkaido cream, Earl Grey Strawberry Mousse made with tea steeped for 48 hours, Fromage Blanc Strawberry Cheesecake. and Almond Strawberry Tart with layers of almond cream, strawberry marmalade, and vanilla ganache.

All the sweets have the perfect touch of sweetness and tanginess that's not too cloying. But if you need a breather from all this decadence, go for the refreshing savoury creations including Finger Sandwiches with cucumber and Parisian ham as well as melt-in-your-mouth Iberico Croquettes elevated by pickled strawberries and truffle mayo. There are also more indulgent creations like Flamed Diver Scallops on a crunchy panipuri and Strawberry Glazed Foie Gras that's made with a unique cold foie gras.

The Blushing Strawberry Afternoon Tea is available daily in two seatings: 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM, priced at $55++ per person, inclusive of a two-hour free-flow selection of tea or coffee.
