Starters

Let’s kick things off with an unexpected star: the Brussels Sprouts ($16). Once relegated to the corner of unpopular veggies, they've been given a major upgrade into a crispy, umami-packed delight. Next up, we got the wholesome and indulgent Smashed Sweet Potatoes ($16), which come tossed with a surprisingly addictive creamy dill and chive yogurt dressing.

Round it off with the Chicken Salad ($23), which doesn't sound too exciting — but turned out to be a serious flavour bomb in the form of a colourful mix of purple cabbage, baby romaine, crisp green apples, cherry tomatoes, and a sprinkling of toasted cashews.

Who can resist a good, gooey mac and cheese? The Marmalade Pantry’s Butternut Mac & Cheese ($26) is perfect for those who crave comfort food but want something that feels a little more refined. Craving something spicy? Try the Chicken Burger ($28), featuring a juicy, yogurt-marinated chicken thigh coated in spicy garlic soy sauce.

Meanwhile, the Crispy Barramundi ($32) is one of the highlights of the revamped menu, combining crispy-skinned fish with bold, aromatic sides. Seafood lovers will certainly be pleased with the tender and flaky texture of this fish. Of course, pasta fans shouldn't miss the Tomato Risotto ($26), which reimagines classic Italian flavours with a vibrant kick from the Thai basil salsa.
Desserts

Before you dismiss the idea of a cherry-based cake, just know that the Cherry Amaretto ($15 per slice) comes completely free of any artificial-tasting cherry flavouring! This brown sugar vanilla spo1nge cake is layered with fresh cherries, pecans and chocolate, laced with an almond amaretto cream cheese frosting that’s a good balance of rich and tangy.

Here comes the real showstopper in a small but mighty package! The Miso Sesame Cupcake ($6.50) is hands-down our favourite item on the entire menu, and it's easy to see why The Marmalade Pantry has managed to maintain a loyal following thanks to their cupcakes all these years. This savoury-sweet flavour combination includes a rich, roasted black sesame cupcake base topped with a dreamy miso and peanut frosting. It's 100% a must-try item.
