Step Into A Claude Monet Painting At This Upcoming 'Impressions of Monet' Immersive Floral Exhibit
When it comes to stunning visitors with out-of-this-world floral displays, Gardens by the Bay is hands-down the one to beat.
We've seen the Flower Dome play host to all sorts of creative exhibitions, from their annual CNY arrangements to the timeless Rose Romance, or Tulipmania series — and soon, it'll even be home (temporarily!) to a replica of Impressionist painter Claude Monet's famous garden in Giverny, France!
The Garden

From 12 July to 15 September 2024, visitors can experience the highly immersive 'Impressions of Monet' in two parts: The Garden and The Experience. As its name suggests, The Garden will be a massive floral display recreating the artist's landscaped garden, which is perpetually bursting with colourful blooms.

You can explore the subjects of his best-known works, including the iconic green bridge which makes an appearance in 'The Water Lily Pond' and many more paintings. These also double as photo spots, so visitors can pose in their best garden-themed fit and snap away for the 'gram!
The Experience

To enter The Experience area of the exhibit, simply head through the facade of Monet's home. You can't miss it: the huge mansion stands at two storeys tall and looks super pretty in pink! We just love how much it resembles the actual building where the artist lived and worked.

If you enjoyed the 'Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience' back when it was still running last year, The Experience is going to be a real treat! Here, visitors will get to bask in the glow of light-up installations featuring some of Monet's best-known artwork. These highly immersive displays are multi-sensory, capable of emitting sound and fragrance on top of playing with light and colour.
While tickets for the exhibition are not yet up for sale, tickets for entry to the Flower Dome currently start at $12 for adults.
