Be it OLs who live the 9-6 life or couch potatoes like me who's always binge watching our favourite dramas, we all face the same problems: our weight is increasing, waistline expanding and if we don't keep ourselves in check, we're all gonna age in shame!

In our previous article, we shared about the 3 Step Cat-Style Waist Trimming Exercise that was introduced in a Japanese variety show~ As we all know, the Japanese are one of the most innovative people ever~

Today, let's take a look at this「8 Character」 Japanese waist slimming exercise also introduced in another programme that could possibly be the answer to our fat rolls!

The best part about this exercise is that it is super simple~ And it only requires you to move the lower half of your body.

Those with dance background or so might find this exercise familiar. Or perhaps, they wouldn't even think of it as a form of 'exercise' because it's more of a body isolation. Instead of just going in a left, right, front, back direction~ Move in a number 8 (or an infinity sign) direction!

When doing it, remember to go slow so that the rest of your muscles and fats will be able to feel the burn~

For the best results, do 8 reps every night before turning in and also, watch your diet! Go easy on the sugar, salt and carbs. Try not to eat after 8pm too as your body is most likely gonna be at rest. Remember: No pain, no gain.

Who would you want to try this exercise with? Tag them! :)
