Following last year’s cheery yellow vintage pop-up, luxury fashion brand Coach is back with yet another free-entry event. This time, they’re bringing a taste of New York to sunny Singapore, with retro-esque NYC-inspired photo spots, exclusive artisanal confections, bag customisation services, and their colourful Spring 2022 collection.

Like the previous pop-up, this year’s edition is also housed in a conservation shophouse - look out for its red facade with a giant Coach’s Bagel Shop sign hanging by the window. If you’ve mistaken this for a cafe, you’re half right, for this was conceptualised in collaboration with homegrown bagel cafe, Two Men Bagel House.

Upon stepping in, you’ll be greeted by an eclectic burst of colour with gumball machines and underground street-style wall decals. Upon closer inspection, you’ll notice that the wall decor features the original mascots of Two Men Bagel House - a bunch of faceless cartoon bagels often seen dressed up in different outfit styles.

For the true blue NYC experience, there’s an actual bagel cafe set up within the pop-up, serving up 4 limited edition New York-inspried flavours with special Coach-themed packaging that you won’t get anywhere else.

These include the sweet Big Apple Red Dot, with apple pie cream cheese almond crunch, and 1941 Catch, a savoury cured trout bagel with cream cheese and fennel, whose name is an ode to the year in which the fashion label was born.

Do note that this is not a sit-down cafe, so you’ll have to eat the bagels on the go. If you’re lucky enough, you might be able to snag the limited seats right outside the space.

Of course, taking centre stage is Coach’s Spring 2022 collection, which includes a range of quirky togs like shift dresses and airy tees in bright, eye-catching colours. A good number of these are neon-hued.

Plenty of their newest Spring edition leather bags are also up on display and available for purchase, including the Cashin Carry Tote and Soft Tabby.

Looking to make your new bag purchase one-of-a-kind? Make sure you catch local artist, Tiffany Lovage, for her bespoke graffiti-style spray painting service during selected hours on Fridays and Saturdays. This will be offered free of charge with any purchase of leather goods in-store. Pick from feminine florals, to dinosaur motifs, and Coach’s iconic “C” logo.

Alternatively, you can also opt for digital printing on canvas bags at $50, with cute designs featuring rainbows, stars, unicorns, fruits, and more.

In addition to that, look out for adorable collaboration merch featuring the bagel personas - such as enamel pins, tumblers, and stickers - which will be offered as gifts with purchase. Or, score yourself a free sticker sheet by playing the Coach’s Bagel Shop mobile game, and perhaps even nab a bag as the grand prize!
