The Exercise
Lay on your back and stretch your arms out perpendicular to your waist.
Take one 5 pound (2kg) weight in each hand. (You can build it up from 1 kg~3kg)

When you're ready, raise your arms straight above your chest.
Then, lower them out to your sides back to the starting position.
Now raise them up again, above your chest.
Repeat 3 sets of 10! (or 5 sets)
For Full Booby Growth, you can try the same motion but in various position. Other helpful chest exercises will help you develop the boobs that puberty forgotten.
