#1 Say "Eee"

Smile with your teething showing then relax your mouth. Repeat this 8 times.

#2 Say "Eee" and "Ooh"

Stretch your lips into an "eee" and "ooh" formation. Repeat this 16 times then hold at the "ooh" position for 5 seconds.

#3 Recite the Japanese vowels

Combine step 2 with a recitation of the Japanese vowels "a, i, u, e, o" (pronounced as "ah, eee, ooh, eh, oh". Repeat this twice. Then repeat steps 2 and 3 again.

Without turning your head, move your lips from right to left. Repeat for 4 sets.

Pucker your lips and move them in an upwards and downwards position. Repeat this 16 times.

#6 Tongue rotation exercise

Run your tongue over your teeth in a clockwise position for 4 rounds while keeping your mouth closed. Then switch to an anticlockwise position and do the same.

Repeat steps 2 and 6 then end the routine with step 2.
