Shweta Basu Prasad From TV Show *Chandra Nandini* Makes For A Stunning Bengali Bride
Looks like 2018 marriage madness is not over yet, and do you remember the little girl Shweta Babu Prasad who was Parvati's daughter in Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii? She rose to fame with the role in her debut movie Makdee and also played the female lead in the historical TV show Chandra Nandini.
Shweta married her long-time beau Rohit Mittal in a traditional Bengali ceremony last night at Grand Hyatt, Pune. And she looked every bit gorgeous in her traditional Bengali bridal avatar. As per the Bengali traditions, she opted for a beautiful red and gold Banarsi saree with zari border. She accessorised it with a beautiful pearl nath, statement choker and a mathapatti. And not to miss the traditional white mukut that completes the Bengali bride look.

Shweta's pre-wedding ceremonies looked a lot of fun too. The festivities were kicked off with a customary Bengali bridal shower, followed by a Mehendi ceremony where we saw the bride to be and all the other guests go crazy on the dance floor!
Shweta looked absolutely mind-blowing in a lovely pink embroidered lehenga and kept the whole vibe fun and lively with some exciting bridal props. She accessorised her look with a pair of matching earrings and cool sunnies which completed the look of the fun & fashion forward bride.
Before the festivities begun, Shweta had an amazing bachelorette trip in Bali where she celebrated with her close friends before getting hitched to the love of her life. And we can clearly see, she had a gala time.
