India is currently fighting the second wave of Covid-19 and there are already speculations about an inevitable third wave of the pandemic. Amidst all of this, the COVID-19 vaccine remains our biggest hope to stay positive. The situation is disturbing and we have already crossed the four-lakh mark in relation to the single-day spike. Punjabi singer and actress Himanshi Khurana had tested positive for COVID-19 back in 2020 and she has got herself vaccinated now. She shared a picture of her from the vaccination centre on her Instagram story recently and captioned it as "Lag Gayi Suiii".
Parth Samthaan had also tested positive for COVID-19 last year and had a very difficult time dealing with the infection. The actor got his first shot as soon as he got an opportunity. Indian Cricket Captain Virat Kohli took his first vaccine dose today and shared the same on his Instagram story. The skipper added "Vaccinate as soon as you can. Stay safe."
