Irrfan Khan's Birth Anniversary: Babil Shares An Unseen Video Of The Late Actor
It's Irrfan Khan's 54th birth anniversary. He was one of the most talented stars of Bollywood and it's hard to believe that he is no more with us. On this occasion, his elder son Babil shared a throwback video in which Irrfan, Sutapa Sikdar, brother Aayan can be seen talking and laughing together.
He also wrote that his father always encouraged them not to remember anybody's birthday. Babil wrote, "You never identified with institutions such as contractual marriage and birthday celebrations. Perhaps, that is why I don’t remember anyone’s birthdays because you never remembered mine and never encouraged me to remember yours. It was just normal to us what seemed absurd from the outside, we celebrated everyday (bringing personal experiential authenticity to the cliche). On the occasion, Mamma would have to remind us both; but this time I could not forget yours if I tried. It’s your birthday Baba. Shoutout to all the technologically inept parents, notice that they did not finish saying that they miss me."

Irrfan died on April 2020 after battling neuroendocrine tumour. He was last seen in Angrezi Medium with Kareena Kapoor Khan, Deepak Dobriyal and Radhika Madan.
