Actor Rishi Kapoor Passes Away After Intense Battle With Cancer: Television Celebs Offer Their Condolences

Actor Rishi Kapoor passed away today (30th April) after an intense battle with cancer at the age of 67. He was diagnosed with cancer 2 years ago and the actor stayed in New York for over a year to get his treatment done but even after all the fight and will power, he succumbed to death. He was admitted to H N Reliance hospital in Mumbai two weeks ago and was shifted to ICU last night after he started facing trouble in breathing. As the actor took his last breathe, celebrities form not only Bollywood but even from television industry offered their condolences.

The news about his death was confirmed by senior actor Amitabh Bachchan through his Twitter account. The news felt like a shock to Rishi Kapoor's fans across the entire nation and everyone is left devastated. All the fans, followers and friends of the actor have started pouring their condolences on their social media accounts. Ronit Roy, Manish Paul, Rohit Roy, Prasoon Joshi, Devoleena Bhattacharjee are a few celebs who took it to their social media accounts to mourn for the loss.

The actor was last seen on silver screen sharing space with Emraan Hashmi Shobhita Dhulipala and Vedhika in film "Body" The actor had other work commitments as well but they were cancelled owning to his health issues. It was not a long ago that news came out, he was going to share screen with actress Deepika Padukone in the remake of Hollywood film "The Intern".
