It's high time we say goodbye to chemically formulated and overpriced face masks and are our own face masks at home by using easily available fruits and few other ingredients that are always there in our kitchen.

Strawberry & Milk Face Mask
These wonderful masks will hydrate and soothe your irritated and burning skin due to the intense summer heat.
Mix 2 finely chopped strawberries with 3 tablespoons of raw milk. Allow the strawberries to absorb the milk for a few minutes before mashing them in the milk and making a paste. Apply the paste on your skin for 30 minutes before rinsing it with cold water.
Papaya & Honey Face Mask
Papaya and honey are magical ingredients and we all know that by now. This particular face mask helps you in getting rid of tan and it also helps in lightening the skin tone.
Blend a few pieces of papaya until they become pulp, then add 2 tablespoons of honey into the fruity pulp, mix well and apply it on your face for a period of 20 minutes. After 20 minutes you can wash off the mask with cool water and [at your face dry.
Banana & Lemon Face Mask
Banana and lemon face masks even though sounds uncommon, it is extremely effective. It helps in dealing with acne, pimples and dry flakey skin.
Take ripe half banana and mash it well. Add half a teaspoon of lemon juice to it and the same amount of honey. Mix well and apply it on your skin for 30 minutes before you wash it off.
Tomato & Yogurt Face Mask
Tomatoes are full of antioxidants that not only protect skin from harmful sunlight but they also help in exfoliating our skin and making it look clearer.
Blend a tomato into your mixture until it becomes thick and pulpy, then add a half a spoonful of oatmeal in it followed by half spoon of yoghurt. Mix well and apply it on your face for 15 minutes before washing it off with cool water.
Orange & Egg Face Mask
Orange and eggs, as weird as it sounds it is equally effective. This face mask will not only help in closing open skin pores but will also help in making your skin firm.
Mash 6 peeled oranges in a bowl and add an egg white to it. Apply the mixture on your face for 25-30 minutes then wash it off with lukewarm water. The mask will eventually become very stiff as it keeps on drying therefore you should avoid talking or moving your face too much, while you have applied the mask.
