Priyanka Chopra recently attended Daily Front Row Media Awards and her choice of dress literally had everyone talking.

Wearing a black Dion Lee cut-out dress, Priyanka had the entire fashion world buzzing. The clip-on style fringed skirt was quite a unique choice but certainly had fashion enthusiasts divided.
