Ali Fazal is one of those few actors in Bollywood who has been paving his own path in the industry from the very beginning. The actor is creating headlines yet again as he is all set to team up with the wonder woman, Gal Gadot for Kenneth Branagh's Death on the Nile.

The movie is an adaptation of Agatha Christie's novel with the same title, it is a follow-up to the studio's 2017 Murder on the Orient Express. The film had an exceptional star cast - which brought together actors like Olivia Coleman, Willen Dafoe, Judi Dench and Johnny Depp.

The film Death on the Nile is based around Hercule's investigation of a murder that takes place in a cruise on the Nile. The movie is set to hit the theatres later this month in London and some parts of Europe.

Actor Ali Fazal may not be doing big-budget Bollywood movies in India, but he is grabbing eyeballs in Hollywood for sure. in 2017, Ali Fazal gave an outstanding performance as the nominal character of Abdul Karim in the movie, Victoria & Abdul. The icing on the cake was when the actor got a chance to work alongside the Oscar winner and proficient actress, Dame Judi Dench for this film.

Speaking about his new role, the Mirzapur actor told a leading daily, "Yes, I am a part of this wonderful journey and I am looking forward to it. My mother and I have always been huge fans of Agatha Christie novels, so this is special."

"Kenneth is a master of his craft and I am excited to be directed by him. And what a stellar cast to join hands with on this project," Ali added when asked about Kenneth.

Although the actor hasn't revealed anything about his role in the upcoming film, the project is aiming for a December 2020 release. Apart from Gal Gadot, the movie also stars Armie Hammer and Letitia Wright and is being written by Micheal Green.

On the work front, Ali is currently working on Prassthanam, a political drama along with Sanjay Dutt, Jackie Shroff, Manisha Koirala and Chunky Panday.
