Sridevi's Wax Statue In Singapore Makes Boney, Janhvi & Khushi Kapoor Emotional!
It seems like floodgates of emotion fell open for Kapoor family as they unveil the statue of their beloved Sridevi in Singapore's Madame Tussauds museum. Earlier this week Kapoor family was seen departing for airport and it was for the unveiling of the wax statue. Boney Kapoor unveiled the statue on his social media account.
The wax statue of the late actress was exact replica of her one of the most epic and classic "Hawa Hawaii" look. The statue managed to make the entire family emotional. The look of awe, disbelief and love was clearly visible on the face of all the family members while they were gazing at the statue. It showcased how one can never truly get over the loss of their beloved person.
In one of the images it was Janhvi Kapoor watching the statue and touching the hand while Khushi could not take her eyes off the statue. As a tribute the the actress, Madame Tussaud's team also attached the messages they collected from Sridevi's fans from all across the globe and struck them next to the statue. Along with Boney, Khushi & Janhvi, actor Sanjay Kapoor & Rakhi Punjabi were also present for the unveiling.
It was earlier this year that Madame Tussaud's Singapore announced about commissioning Sridevi's wax statue as a tribute the the legendary actress during her birthday anniversary. To which Boney Kapoor responded by saying "I am touched that Madame Tussaud's is honouring my wife, Sridevi Kapoor, and her work by having her figure immortalised."
Even though the actress is not present with us but one thing is for sure her legacy, her thoughts and memories will always be present in our hearts and soul.
