While mommies-to-be earlier used to stay at home during their journey, now they love to step out and embrace each and every moment of it and flaunt their baby bump. One celebrity mom, like such, is the ace-tennis star Sania Mirza who is inspiring women to stay healthy and happy.

The actress has completely nailed it like the diva Kareena Kapoor, in tweaking her diet and keeping up with her workout regime to keep herself physically fit with walking, yoga and gym. And the good news is, the tennis player is all set to make her comeback on the court, after giving birth to son Izhaan last year. Even during her pregnancy, she gave us major fashion goals while carrying that mommy look with all chicness and elegance.

Sania Mirza, during an interview with a leading daily, said that she has been training for four-five weeks to get back in shape like she was before giving birth to her little one. She said, that she has lost all the weight by doing cardio for 100 minutes as well as kickboxing and pilates for an hour. The sports star has also made sure that she keeps her fans updated about her exercise routine with picture and videos of her gym session.

The report further states, with intense workout post-pregnancy, Sania has managed to lose 22 kgs weight in just four months, Isn't that great ?! Super mommy Sania, we guess will be returning soon to the game this year, if she keeps working out vigorously to get back in the best form for the tournament. She also added that every celebrity doesn't opt for surgeries to lose weight, there are a few who work extremely hard for it. Sania weighed 89kgs while she was pregnant and now with extensive efforts, she has reduced it to 67kgs.

Speaking of her plan to come back in August for US Open, Sania stated that she is in no rush to get back at it however she wants to join back a couple of weeks before the championship in August and she is doing the best she can to reach her goal. She also spoke about how women are subjected to judgement on their physical appearance, but she decided to embrace her weight while she was pregnant and enjoy the experience for nurturing the baby before anything else in the world.
